I'm sure you've heard the term music is medicine for the soul (If you haven't there you go). However I believe this is so true. Music really can effect our mood and how we perform throughout the day. We tend to listen to sad music when we are sad, and energetic music when we want to get up and go.
So today i am going to share with you MY playlist of songs for when I'm working. This playlist has about 92 songs (upon me writing this) and it's all different types of music. From upbeat remixes, to a little bit of rock, you'll most likely find something you love.
All these songs get me in a super focused and really good mood. The upbeat songs keep me energized even during the long work day.
